The objective of this experiment was to evaluate the function and the performance of the GPS navigation system during the orbit and the reentry phase. GPSR on OREX, newly developed for this experiment, performed the signal acquisition and the measurement as expected. Although the onboard GPS navigation was not successful, the orbit of OREX was determined by off-line GPS navigation analysis in cooperation with NAL.
