Hot-wire measurement and multi-smokewire visualization were compared. Vortex pairing occurred periodically around X/2h≒7 when the bimodal excitation conducted at us/uf=1, Φ=0 deg, where uf and us were fundamental and subharmonic components, respectively, and Φ was the phase deference between uf and us. Vortex arrangement shifted into anti-symmetric one after the pairing. At Φ=120°, the vortex pairing became to occur occasionally. When two vortices didn't paired, the symmetric arrangement was kept until far downstream.
