 note = {The aim of this study is to develop a method to control T-S wave and oblique waves observed at the early stage of transition of a flat-plate boundary layer using an array of thin piezo-ceramic actuators attached on the flat-plate surface. In particular, the difficulties encountered during the experiment is reported. One major problem is that the effects of control are not uniform along the spanwise direction.
