Waseda University, International Conference Center), Tokyo Japan, In this paper, we introduce a three-equation turbulence model with the charactenstic time scales intrinsic to turbulent swirling flows incorporated. In addition to the conventional two equations of kappa and epsilon, another equation on the turbulent eddy viscosity is solved.
