In order to analize swiveling motion of an engine and to design the gimbal system, it is need to find out the characteristics of each torques respectively. . The major purposes of this experiments are to obtain (1) the characteristics of torque due to the friction of gimbal bearings under thrust loads at slow swiveling angular velocity, (2) the characteristics of the torque due to the high pressure and momentum of mass flow in the propellant feed pipes.
