| 内容記述 | 成層圏滞空試験機は，垂直に放船され，高度15kmに上昇した後，大気観測ミッションを終え，海上に落下させる。海面に落下した試験機本体と搭載ミッション機器は，船上に回収後，陸揚げする計画である。搭載ミッション機器は上昇途中と成層圏高度で直接採取した大気サンプルを有しているため，また，試験機本体は海洋への投棄による自然破壊ならびに航行船舶への障害等を防ぐため，両者を確実に回収することが非常に重要である。 今回，試験機を模擬した供試体を海面に着水させ，これに搭載した模擬ミッション機器の回収と，供試体本体の回収の手順を確認し，回収方法，機体側回収装置および海上回収装置等の設計データ取得を目的に野外実験を実施した。また，海面に落下した試験機の風による漂流を防止するために装備を検討しているシーアンカー単体の性能確認を，試験水槽において別途実施した。その結果，種々の設計データを取得することができた。 本報告は，野外実験で得たミッション機器および供試体の回収手順，試験に関する許可申請，回収試験結果，ならびに，シーアンカーの性能試験結果について述べる。 | |||||||

| 内容記述 | The first flight test of the Japanese SPF project will be held in the summer of 2003. Direct measurements and sampling of atmospheric gas in the stratosphere will be conducted for mission experiments. In addition to the launch operation, there was also concern about the issues of the recovery operation, retrieving the gas bottle pack and the floating of the airship hull on the sea. Before the flight test, a retrieval test was conducted using a 45-meter long airship off the coast of Port Hitachi. The main purpose of the test was to experience the recovery stage of the flight test and evaluate the retrieval procedure. The pressurized test hull fixed on the ship sailed from the port and was released off the coast. When it ascended to 70 meters, a detonation code on its back tore the envelope and the envelope fell to the sea. A diver removed the gas pack from the envelope and retrieved it. The wet envelope was very heavy and it was hard work getting the bag back onto the deck. | |||||||
