This will cause electrostatic discharge and may result in failures and anomalies. To avoid this problem, investigation of surface potential of dielectric films under electron irradiation is necessary. In the present study, time histories of surface potential on polyimide films under electron irradiation are investigated by numerical simulation. The charge density inside films is obtained by a Monte-Carlo particle tracking method. Results are verified with experimental data and discussion of the collision models is made. We can use this simulation for analyzing the cause of electric anomalies of spacecraft., 形態: カラー図版あり, Physical characteristics: Original contains color illustrations, 資料番号: AA0065159022, レポート番号: JAXA-SP-11-012}, pages = {169--173}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)}, title = {電子線照射されたポリイミドフィルムの電荷蓄積シミュレーション}, volume = {JAXA-SP-11-012}, year = {2012} }
