Meter-in- and meter-out-type experiments on a pneumatic driving cylinder were carried out. The data obtained were compared with the results of calculation of mathmatical models which had been established in the 1-st report to evaluate the usefulness of the mathematical models and the analytical method. The results of this evaluation showed that both are satisfactory, and it was shown that to prevent the occurence of stick-slip or speed vibration, a pneumatic system should be designed to, 1) supply high pressure, 2) enlarge equivalent area of restrictor, 3) enlarge mass load, and, 4) especially reduce stiction/dynamic friction.
