A modification of Jacchia’s expression for the temperature-height profile above 125km is made in such a manner that analytic integration of the diffusion equation is performed. For altitudes from 90km to 100km the barometric equation is integrated, and for altitudes greater than 100km the diffusion equation is integrated.
