A program - called QNMAP - for solution of BCMP queueing networks with multiple closed and open subchains is described. For a given model, QNMAP computes average values of servers operating, queue length, queueing time and so on for all service centers and all classes of customers of each service center. Moreover, when analyzing the queueing network model of computer systems, the average values of TSS command response time and batch job elapsed time are computed. Numerical results for model of computer systems are shown. |
