 note = {Construction of a numerical simulator is one of the recent significant projects at the National Aerospace Laboratory of Japan. The numerical simulator is a large computer system which is composed of a supercomputer, large capacity files, and other device control systems including TSS terminals. One of the most important features of the numerical simulator is its ability to control a data base. This data base contains a large amount of wind tunnel data, results of numerical simulations, geometric information from test models, and so on. The Purpose of the present report is to display the design procedure for such a large and complicated data base.
