Six different models of high-aspect-ratio swept back wings were designed. The models consisted of composite plate-spars and wing sections of balse-wood. The dominant lamination angle of each spar was changed in a parametric manner. A vibration test was performed for each model. The frequencies and the vibration modes were measured to check the variations of the vibration characteristics due to differences of the laminate angle of the spars. The flutter tests were conducted in a low-speed wind tunnel and the hard flutter points were found for all models.
