The increase in Aluminum (Al) content causes to increase the propulsion performance. However, the increments of solid content increase the viscosity and decrease rheological properties of propellant slurry. In this study, the improvements of rheology of solid propellant slurry were considered by using bimodal Al particles. The viscosities of Hydroxyl-terminated Polybutadiene (HTPB) prepolymer and Al/HTPB suspensions were measured by viscometer and compared the relative viscosities of Al/HTPB suspensions. The experimental measurements showed that the optimum coarse fraction of Al 0.75 was found and the viscosity of Al/HTPB was decreased with increasing Al diameter ratio (λ)., 形態: カラー図版あり, Physical characteristics: Original contains color illustrations, 資料番号: AA2030016007, レポート番号: JAXA-RR-20-007}, title = {二峰性Al/HTPBの流動性に関する研究}, year = {2021} }
