このような状況をふまえ､JAXA統合追跡ネットワーク技術部(JAXA追跡)では､運用中の人工衛星におけるデブリの衝突を回避する運用の検討を進めてきた。2011年1月に打上予定である宇宙ステーンヨン補給機2号機(HTV2)の運用においても､打上からISSにキャプチャされるまでのランデブフェーズと､ISS離脱後から大気圏に再突入するまでのフェーズにおいて､デブリとの接近解析を実施する予定であり､デブリの軌道情報として､米国Space
