(JAXA))","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"JAXAは(有)QPS研究所とともに､特にデータの少ない大きさ100microm-数mm程度のメテオロイド&デブリ(いわゆる｢ダスト｣)の存在量を計測し､宇宙機のリスク評価の精度を向上させることを目的としたセンサ(QPS式ダストセンサ)の基礎検討を行った。このセンサは､ポリイミドなどを材質とする絶縁性薄膜(厚さ10microm 程度)上にエッチングなどの技法により､ピッチ(空間周期)100microm以下の直線状の細長い導線(検出線)のパターンを印刷しておき､検出線の破断を電気的に検出することにより､ダストの衝突を検知するものである。また､隣り合う複数本の検出が切断された場合には､それらの本数からダストのサイズを推定することが可能である。単純な原理に基づくため､複雑な機構や回路が不要である。本年度はこれまでの検討成果に基づきBBM相当品の設計･製作を実施中である。ここでは超高速度衝突試験による性能評価を中心に現在の研究開発状況について報告する。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_18":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"形態:
