The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is also expected to publish a proposal and a public comment (Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNRPM)) on orbital debris soon. In this presentation, we will consider these recent updates on debris regulation in the United States, and consider the impact on global debris regulation discussions.
