(JAXA))","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"低軌道などの混雑軌道では､今後打上を行わなくてもすでに軌道上にあるデブリ同士の衝突によりデブリの数が増加していくと予測されている｡そのため､宇宙環境を維持するためには今後デブリを発生させないような防止策だけでは不十分であり､今軌道上にあるデブリの除去が必要となっている。昨年来､米国､ロシア､欧州､中国でデブリ除去会議が開催される等､世界的にもデブリ除去に関する活動が活発になってきているが､デブリ除去に必要となる軌道接近制御や宇宙ロボット作業などにおいて､日本は世界をリードする技術を有しており､デブリ除去に向け世界に先駆けて実証していくことにより､日本が宇宙環境分野におけるリ一ダーシップを発揮すること､および将来デブリ除去が産業化された際に優位に立つことができると考えられている｡本講演では､除去すべきデブリ対象についての方針､必要となる技術や実証ミッションのステップ等について述べる｡","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_18":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"形態:
