(JAXA))","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"故障した衛星やロケット上段のようなデブリへ接近し､これらを軌道上から除去するための宇宙機システムについて検討を進めている。これらテブリの除去においては軌道上にて至近距離まで安全に接近できることが前程となる。また､費用的にも安全面からも有人宇宙活動ではなく無人の宇宙機を用いるのが得策である。我が国は国際宇宙ステーションへの無人機による物資輸送を成功させており､その技術を発展させデブリ除去にも適用できる。ただし､デブリは軌道上での接近･捕獲を意図したマーカやリフレクタを待たず､予期せぬ回転運動を伴っている場合が有り得る。本講演では､このような対象への接近における特徴を明らかにし､課題を明確にする。そして課題解決に向けての接近シナリオや航法システムの検討例を示す。更に軌道上での運用の側面にも着目し､宇宙機システムとして具備すべき事項について述べる","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_18":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"形態:
