Three points were clarified from the analyses. The critical stress concentrated point was the neck of the countersunk head of the fastener. Fatigue life was shortened when the tightening force of the fastener was insufficient due to seat friction or other reasons. Fatigue life was extended when the contact friction between the fastened parts
