We analyzed the XIS data of the GC regions over -3 deg < l < 2 deg , absolute value of b < 1 deg and the region at (l, b) = (0 deg, -2 deg), and studied He- and H-like Fe Kalpha lines. The intensity profiles of He-like Fe Kalpha line the Galactic plane are clearly separated into two components. The intensity ratio of H-like Fe Kalpha to He-like Fe Kalpha significantly decreases with the distance from Sgr A(sup *) along the plane. The intensity profile perpendicular to the plane near the GC has Two scale heights.
