つくば国際会議場）","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年、静止軌道衛星に搭載される太陽電池パドルは大電力化・高電圧化が進んでいるが、これに伴い、軌道上における放電発生の危険性が高まり、放電による短絡事故などの不具合が相次いでいる。これらの事故を未然に防ぐため、打ち上げ前に十分に太陽電池パドルの帯電放電試験を実施する必要があるが、これらの試験は現在、室温下で行われており、実宇宙環境の日照日陰による温度環境を模擬している例は数少ない。特に低温環境では、太陽電池パネルからの脱離ガスの減少、カバーガラスの抵抗率増加などにより放電頻度や放電閾値が変化することが考えられ、帯電放電現象に大きな影響が出る可能性がある。本論では、低温および室温で太陽電池クーポンパネルの帯電放電試験を実施し、放電頻度を比較した。試験の結果、放電頻度は低温の方が室温よりも高い傾向が認められたが、放電頻度は太陽電池クーポンパネルの水分吸着量にも異存するため、純粋に温度変化による放電頻度の変化を調べるためには水分吸着量の影響を除去する必要があることがわかった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_18":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"形態:
