Especially, the way to construct optimized magnetic coil and the idea to avoid the operation limit due to the lack of charge career will be described. The thruster was newly designed and quasi-steady operation was successfully achieved using single PFN. Maximum 1.6 T magnetic field was applied to the discharge chamber and the plasma impedance up to 1 ohm was recognized.
