For preventing interference between automation and pilot maneuver, this research has proposed a new architecture termed 'Human As a Control Module architecture (HACM architecture)'. The proposed architecture treats a pilot as one module of controlling aircraft. This paper introduces the HACM architecture and explains the concept and mechanism. The effectiveness of the architecture is confirmed via numerical simulation which mimics the situation of an aircraft accident in the
