As for the first time, it was the requirements for orbit determination that the satellites can be tracked by the antennas of the ground stations. But the accuracy requirements for orbit determination have been changing to high accuracy as missions advance. In this paper, I explain about the change of the accuracy requirements for orbit determination and about dealing with the accuracy improvement for orbit
