Publication","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"宇宙放射線によりDNAや細胞のレベルで影響を受けることが過去の宇宙実験から示唆されており、ヒトが長期にわたって宇宙に滞在するためには、放射線のリスクを正しく評価することが不可欠である。今後の宇宙利用発展に向けた基盤的有人技術開発への貢献や新しい科学的知見の獲得を目指し、放射線生物研究プロジェクトとして以下の課題を実施している。(1)ヒトが長期間滞在する宇宙ステーションでは、地上では経験のない微小重力環境や人体に大きな影響を与える高エネルギー粒子線を低線量ながら被曝することになる。そこで、遺伝的安定性への影響を細胞の遺伝的安定性をつかさどると考えられる癌関連遺伝子産物p53やp53調節遺伝子群の発現を解析する。本年度は、国際宇宙ステーション内の予想被曝線量(約0.2〜0.5mSv/day)においても形質発現が変動する遺伝子があることを明らかにした。(2)低線領域での染色体レベルの突然変異を高感度に検出し、かつ自然発生のものと区別することができる高感度検出法(LOH検出法)を開発した。この方法で宇宙放射線に暴露されたヒトリンパ芽球様細胞の突然変異を検出する。本年度は、ヒトリンパ芽球細胞TK6を用いたLOH(Loss of Heterozygosity:ヘテロ接合性の喪失)解析システムが、期待通りに有効であることを示唆する実験結果が得られた。(3)カイコ卵を宇宙ステーション内に滞在させ、卵滞在期間に伴う被曝線量増加と奇形発生率および胚形成期における形態学的影響や幼虫から蛹への変態期におけるアポトーシス関連遺伝子発現への影響などの生体反応との相関関係を求める。本年度は、カイコの卵への重粒子線照射の影響を個体レベルでの形質発現と分子レベルでの遺伝子発現において検出できることを示した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_description_32":{"attribute_name":"資料番号","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"資料番号:
