The preparation experiments on the ground can be classified into two types. One of them is to establish the methodologies how to prepare the cell sample, for example, freezing before the flight mission, incubation and re-freezing in ISS. Another is to develop the sensitive mutation-detection system, which is effective for low-dose and low-dose-rate space environmental radiation.
