Then the thermal stress and its properties of the 1,400 C virtual turbine vane were analyzed based on this interface and the stress evaluation system. As the results, (1) the constructed interface with the quasi-three dimensional interpolation by resolution of plane coordinates and interpolation in two dimensions is of both the simplicity of calculation and wider use, and high precise. (2) In the data processing system, the evaluation parameters were visualized and the distributions corresponding to the multi objectives of stress evaluation were made clear.
