In the previous experiments, it was shown that the oblique waves, observed in an initial stage of the transition, could be cancelled by generating intercepting-waves using thin piezo-ceramic actuators. The initial aim of this study is to explain the generation process of these intercepting-waves by modeling the flow structure using a large number of the vortex tubes.
