In this study, the FEM analysis of the systems is performed in order to understand its characteristics. In the analysis, geometrically and materially nonlinearity of the membrane and large deformation of moving boundary are taken into consideration. Moreover, in order to construct more practically model, the dynamic analysis including membrane wrinkling and contact its outside rigid tank is performed.
