The IKAROS spacecraft deployed the solar sail at June 9th, 2010 and have started accelerating by the solar radiation pressure. Estimation of the solar sail acceleration model in space is the key factor for successful solar sail navigation because the solar sail have large uncertainty due to the flexible membrane. Since the solar sail wrinkles after the deployment and reorientations, it is difficult to configure the model before the launch.
