Institute of Space and Astronautical Science (ISAS), Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA)), Sagamihara, Kanagawa Japan","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_5_description_16":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"摘要: JAXA では、200km 前後の高度を飛行する超低高度衛星技術試験機(SLATS:Super Low Altitude Test Satellite)が検討されている。低高度を飛行する場合、大気密度が高いために高度が低下しやすく、高度保持に必要な増速量が増大する。消費推進薬質量をなるべく小さくするため、電気推進機関による高度保持が前提となっている。このとき、推力のオンオフのみが制御可能であることを想定した。また、突発的に大気密度が変動すると、数周回程度で落下してしまうことも考えられるため、地上局からのコマンドによる軌道制御ではなく、搭載GPS 受信機による航法計算結果に基づいて、自律的に軌道制御計画を立案する必要がある。そこで我々は、これらの条件の下であっても、想定される精度で軌道保持を行う自律軌道制御アルゴリズムを検討した。本稿では、その検討結果について報告する。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_5_description_17":{"attribute_name":"抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"In JAXA, SLATS (Super Low Altitude Test Satellite) which continues flying altitude of around 200km is examined. Because atmospheric density is higher at the lower altitude, it is easy to decrease the altitude, and delta-V for orbit maintenance increases. SLATS uses the electrical propulsion systems to reduce the mass of fuel consumption. The electrical propulsion system has only ON / OFF control function, and that can't control the throttle frequently. The orbit control commands planned on the ground can not correspond that the spacecraft drops by several revolutions when atmospheric density changes accidentally. This is the reason that the orbit control commands must be planned autonomously from on-board GPS navigation results. Under these conditions, we examined the autonomous orbit control algorithm where the orbit can be maintained at the assumed accuracy.
