Adopting the typical trajectory of Venus mission, this paper presents the preliminary results on the navigation operation of solar sail spacecraft. In the early phase after the launch, DSN tracking data as well as UDSC data are necessary to determine the initial orbit for antenna prediction. After the extension of solar sail, the continuous acceleration by the radiation pressure is a key factor in the orbit determination. The orbit determination with the sufficient precision for antenna prediction can be performed by estimating the solar radiation pressure coefficient.
