The system's governing equations forms a second-order \"nonholonomic\" constraint, because the thruster force directions change according to the satellite attitude. First, controllability of the satellite is categorized according to the directions of the thrusters. Then, this paper proposes two control methods for position and/or attitude control of the satellite; one can suppress the drift of the satellite, and the other transfers the system's nonholonomic governing equations into holonomic ones by a feedback control.
