Here, we propose a new type of satellite configuration that utilizes four tethers to realize the long telescope system. In the paper, the feasibility of the tether based FFAST configuration is discussed that has the good cost benefit. At first, the steady state configuration is discussed from the viewpoint of the tether tension dynamics. Then the deployment sequences are shown.
