The mission of this satellite was to demonstrate the feasibility of the spinning solar sail. The weight of this sub-payload satellite was about 6 kg and its size was also strictly restricted by the small sub-payload space of the rocket. However, the satellite had the spin up, active nutation control and deployment support functions. This paper reviews the configuration of the controller and the outline of the experiment, and evaluates the control performance.
