We developed an Attitude determination and control system for Cute (CUbical Tokyo Tech Engineering satellite) -1.7 + APD (Avalanche Photo Diode) was developed to demonstrate its performance on orbit. This system is composed of various sensors and three magnetic torquers. This paper mainly deals with this system, describing its features and the results of simulation and on-orbit experiments. In addition, this ADC system will be improved and used for the follow on satellite, Cute-1.7 + APD 2.
