Orbit determination could be performed using radiometric data on coasting period both before and after the conjunction, but observed data noise increases around the conjunction because of influence by solar corona. Therefore, we have to take it into account on our orbit determination analysis. We evaluated the amount of Doppler noise around the conjunction, and compared it with Doppler noise of Nozomi's (PLANET-B: Mars Orbiter) conjunction, where we consider difference of bands the spacecraft use. Hybrid navigation using optical and radiometric observables was performed after the conjunction, and the spacecraft approached to the target asteroid using ion propulsion according to the solution. We also mention about the hybrid orbit determination in this
