However, it is sometimes required to be estimated in flight condition. For example, ASTRO-E2 satellite has large amount of coolant for the X-ray detector and the coolant evaporates gradually, which causes the change of MOI. In this paper, an estimation scheme of a satellite MOI in-flight is introduced.
