Disturbance management consists of identification of disturbance sources and disturbance sensitive instruments, recognition of their end effects such as payload pointing stability, estimation of transmissibility from disturbance sources to the end effects, determination of acceptable level of disturbance sources either in time domain or frequency domain. As the satellite design/manufacture phase proceeds, it is also required to evaluate and validate actual level of disturbance sources, disturbance susceptibility and disturbance transmissibility through analysis and test.
