In order to maintain the formation shape strictly, the feed-back control with the relative information is effective. For the feed-back control, it is required to transmit the motion of a satellite to the other satellite members. Different from the wild formation such as birds, fish and insects, it is possible for the satellites to communicate each other quickly by its communication devices. But when the formation consists of a lot of satellites, it becomes important to constitute the adequate information structure (who communicates with whom) which depends heavily on the communication capability.
