And more deep space missions including the Venus probe PLANET-C are planned now. But the tracking station of the deep space probe is only Usuda deep space center (UDSC) in Japan. Therefore, there is a limit in the position accuracy of the orbit determination using range and range rate data. The introduction of Delta-VLBI technology (VLBI: Very Long Baseline Interferometry) are effective in improving the orbit determination accuracy. This time, prepared was Uchinoura space center (USC) as the VLBI station, and succeeded in the first VLBI observation of HAYABUSA using USC and
