One of the problems to realize it is how to deploy the sail (or film) in the space from the status of being folded up. To deploy the film, using the inertial force by spin is considered as one of the ways, and this study deals with the spin deployment dynamics of film. It is difficult to make a dynamic experiment with film on the ground because it is easily disturbed by air resistance due to the property of being thin and light of film.
