A variety of researches have been advanced for various applications. Until now, we have been researching the storage and the management methods of the Li ion cells as the batteries of spacecraft for planetary explorations. Because deterioration of Li ion cells occurs even under their unoperated condition, the research of the storage method is very important for their application to the power supply for the satellites. In general, degradations of charge/discharge characteristics of the Li ion cells are caused when they are stored under open circuit conditions during a long duration. The degradations become severe as their temperature and state of charge (SOC) increase. Then, we investigated charge/discharge characteristics and charge/discharge cycle characteristics of Li ion cells after they had been kept under various temperatures and SOC's for 12 months. As a result, it was confirmed that the deterioration effect of the battery characteristics during the low-temperature storage was extremely small., 資料番号: AA0049120002}, pages = {6--10}, publisher = {宇宙航空研究開発機構宇宙科学研究本部, Institute of Space and Astronautical Science, Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency (JAXA/ISAS)}, title = {宇宙用リチウムイオン電池の冷凍保管についての検討}, year = {2005} }
