The objective of the present study is a development of a high-efficiency rectifying circuit. In this paper, we conduct the optimization of circuit parameters to realize high-efficiency rectifying circuits by investigating diode parameters, an electrical length of microstripline between diodes and an output capacitor, and parameters of a microwave substrate. At first, we calculate the relation between diode parameters and RF-DC conversion efficiency. The results show that the optimal value of input power is decided by junction capacitance of a diode. Next, we estimate the optimal electric length of a microstripline between diodes and an output capacitor by the investigation of circuit design. The results show that capacitance connected with diodes in parallel is the most sensitive factor to the optimization of the electrical length between diodes and an output capacitor.
