The propagation performance to a horizontal direction with the ground was estimated with CW-Nd:YVO4 laser system at Kakuta site. Laser power transmittance under fine was higher than 80 percent, while under snow it decreased with decreasing the visibility. However, the transmittance was independence on humidity in atmosphere. We also demonstrated the phase coupling between two beams with an EO modulator.
