On the other hand, a status estimation method for industrial machinery was researched and developed. Its method and system can be used to monitor the status of space construction machinery. It is important to obtain operating status of machinery to increase productivity. Usually workers records their activities. It was tried to estimate machinery's operating status from power line monitoring. Power data was gathered with recording the machinery's status. Then the power data was labeled according to activities. A computer program was developed to analyze and estimate the wave form data and mark status on each point of them. A status transition model was made for each production machinery. The computer program calculates wave characteristics and repeats status transition using status transition table.
