Six flights including 9 to 11 parabolas per one flight were successively performed with two different flight protocols, normal (2.3 G) and reduced (1.3 G) accelerations at the parabolic entry. Wide variety of fundamental physiological signals, Electrocardiogram (ECG), Galvanic Skin Reflex (GSR), respirogram, digital volume pulse wave, Blood Pressure (BP), Electro-oculogram (EOG), cardiac output, body temeperature, percutaneous partial pressures of oxygen and carbon dioxides were simultaneously acquired through the flights from a healthy male subject under controlled posture, respiration rate and field darkness. Of the signals acquired, the GSR, cardiac parameters and respirogram were found to be sensitively correlated to the acceleration environment especially to the reduced gravity phase. The EOG also showed clear vertical nystagmus after the gravity truncation at upright posture. All collected data was digitized and processed to be formatted MS-DOS (Microsoft Disc Operating System) files (360 M Byte) being reduced into an individual signal channel and a time domain (230 sec.) around the parabolic phase. All the attributive information of the processed data was compiled as a small database system which enable to search and manage such a large volume of data with ease. 内容記述 | 微小重力環境での被験者から生体生理データを取得するため、小型リヤジェット航空機MU-300によるパラボリックフライト実験を行った。1飛行に9ないし11回のパラボリックフライトを含む6回の飛行を、パラボリック投入時点の加速度を2.3g(正常)および1.3g(減少)とした2種類の飛行プロトコルをもって連続的に実施した。パラボリックに入るときの加速度を、通常時2.3G、減加速時1.3Gとする2つの異なる条件での実験を連続して実行した。ここで心電図、皮膚電気反射、呼吸曲線、指尖脈波、血圧、眼球運動、心拍出量、体温、酸素および二酸化炭素の経皮分圧など、広範囲の基本的な生体信号を同時に計測した。被験者は健康な男性。指定された姿勢をとり、呼吸統制を受け、視野は暗視野とした。得られた信号の中、皮膚電気反射、心電図、呼吸などは加速度環境、とくに低重力状態で敏感に反応することが認められた。また眼球運動は、90度座位で低重力に突入した時、明らかな垂直眼振を示した。取得データは、すべてデジタル化し、MS-DOS(Microsoft Disc Operating System)ファイル(360MB)にフォーマット変換し、それぞれの信号チャンネルとパラボリックフライトの時間領域(230秒)で整理した。処理データは小型データベースシステムにコンパイルし、大量のデータの検索と管理を可能にした。ユーザの解析支援環境として、高度なデジタル信号処理技術の応用が不可欠である。 | |||||

内容記述 | A parabolic flight experiment on the biomedical data acquisition from a human subject was carried out using small rear-jet aircraft (MU-300). Six flights including 9 to 11 parabolas per one flight were successively performed with two different flight protocols, normal (2.3 G) and reduced (1.3 G) accelerations at the parabolic entry. Wide variety of fundamental physiological signals, Electrocardiogram (ECG), Galvanic Skin Reflex (GSR), respirogram, digital volume pulse wave, Blood Pressure (BP), Electro-oculogram (EOG), cardiac output, body temeperature, percutaneous partial pressures of oxygen and carbon dioxides were simultaneously acquired through the flights from a healthy male subject under controlled posture, respiration rate and field darkness. Of the signals acquired, the GSR, cardiac parameters and respirogram were found to be sensitively correlated to the acceleration environment especially to the reduced gravity phase. The EOG also showed clear vertical nystagmus after the gravity truncation at upright posture. All collected data was digitized and processed to be formatted MS-DOS (Microsoft Disc Operating System) files (360 M Byte) being reduced into an individual signal channel and a time domain (230 sec.) around the parabolic phase. All the attributive information of the processed data was compiled as a small database system which enable to search and manage such a large volume of data with ease. An application of sophisticated techniques of digital signal processing is discussed as the software environment for the analytical supports of the users. | |||||
