For Space Solar Power Station with Laser (L-SSPS) program, it is one of important problems to understand the propagation performance of high power laser beam to the ground from the station. The propagation performance to a horizontal direction with the ground was estimated with CW-Nd:YVO4 laser system at Kakuta site. Laser power transmittance under fine was higher than 80 percent, while under snow it decreased with decreasing the visibility. However, the transmittance was independence on humidity in atmosphere. We also demonstrated the phase coupling between two beams with an EO modulator. This technique was important to propagate many power beams.
