Responses of the activities of electromyogram (EMG) in hindlimb muscles and afferent and efferent neurograms at the L5 segmental level of spinal cord in conscious rats to altered levels of gravity were studied using parabolic flight of jet airplane. In soleus, EMG was increased in response to elevation of G during the ascending phase, but was eliminated in microgravity (micro-G) environment. Similar response of the level of afferent, not efferent, neurogram was also noted. These phenomena were related to the shortening of muscle due to plantarflexion of ankle joints. As for adductor longus, region-specific responses were observed. The EMG activity in the caudal, not rostral, region decreased and activity patterns were changed from tonic to phasic during micro-G exposure. These phenomena were related to shortening of fibers, caused by abduction of hip joints and extension toward backward. These results clearly indicated that unloading-related undesirable adaptation of antigravity muscles is closely related to inhibition of mechanical and/or neural activities.", "subitem_description_type": "Other"}]}, "item_7_description_18": {"attribute_name": "内容記述", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_description": "形態: 図版あり", "subitem_description_type": "Other"}]}, "item_7_description_19": {"attribute_name": "内容記述(英)", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_description": "Physical characteristics: Original contains illustrations", "subitem_description_type": "Other"}]}, "item_7_description_32": {"attribute_name": "資料番号", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_description": "資料番号: DS1440095000", "subitem_description_type": "Other"}]}, "item_7_publisher_8": {"attribute_name": "出版者", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_publisher": "Japan Society of Microgravity Application"}]}, "item_7_publisher_9": {"attribute_name": "出版者(英)", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_publisher": "日本マイクログラビティ応用学会"}]}, "item_7_relation_12": {"attribute_name": "関係URI", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_relation_name": [{"subitem_relation_name_text": "http://www.jasma.info/journal/?journal-cat=journal"}], "subitem_relation_type_id": {"subitem_relation_type_id_text": "http://www.jasma.info/journal/?journal-cat=journal", "subitem_relation_type_select": "URI"}}]}, "item_7_source_id_21": {"attribute_name": "ISSN", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_source_identifier": "0915-3616", "subitem_source_identifier_type": "ISSN"}]}, "item_7_source_id_24": {"attribute_name": "書誌レコードID", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_source_identifier": "AN10537663", "subitem_source_identifier_type": "NCID"}]}, "item_7_text_38": {"attribute_name": "NASA分類コード", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_text_value": "NASA分類コード: 51"}]}, "item_7_text_39": {"attribute_name": "NASA分類表目標", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_text_value": "NASA分類: Life Sciences (General)"}]}, "item_7_text_43": {"attribute_name": "DSpaceコレクション番号", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_text_value": "DSpaceコレクション番号: 7"}]}, "item_access_right": {"attribute_name": "アクセス権", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_access_right": "metadata only access", "subitem_access_right_uri": "http://purl.org/coar/access_right/c_14cb"}]}, "item_creator": {"attribute_name": "著者", "attribute_type": "creator", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"creatorNames": [{"creatorName": "大平, 充宣"}], "nameIdentifiers": [{"nameIdentifier": "202616", "nameIdentifierScheme": "WEKO"}]}, {"creatorNames": [{"creatorName": "河野, 史倫"}], "nameIdentifiers": [{"nameIdentifier": "202617", "nameIdentifierScheme": "WEKO"}]}, {"creatorNames": [{"creatorName": "大平, 宇志"}], "nameIdentifiers": [{"nameIdentifier": "202618", "nameIdentifierScheme": "WEKO"}]}, {"creatorNames": [{"creatorName": "Ohira, Yoshinobu", "creatorNameLang": "en"}], "nameIdentifiers": [{"nameIdentifier": "202619", "nameIdentifierScheme": "WEKO"}]}, {"creatorNames": [{"creatorName": "Kawano, Fuminori", "creatorNameLang": "en"}], "nameIdentifiers": [{"nameIdentifier": "202620", "nameIdentifierScheme": "WEKO"}]}, {"creatorNames": [{"creatorName": "Ohira, Takashi", "creatorNameLang": "en"}], "nameIdentifiers": [{"nameIdentifier": "202621", "nameIdentifierScheme": "WEKO"}]}]}, "item_keyword": {"attribute_name": "キーワード", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_subject": "Microgravity", "subitem_subject_language": "en", "subitem_subject_scheme": "Other"}, {"subitem_subject": "parabolic flight", "subitem_subject_language": "en", "subitem_subject_scheme": "Other"}, {"subitem_subject": "electromyogram and neurogram", "subitem_subject_language": "en", "subitem_subject_scheme": "Other"}, {"subitem_subject": "rat soleus and adductor longus", "subitem_subject_language": "en", "subitem_subject_scheme": "Other"}]}, "item_language": {"attribute_name": "言語", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_language": "eng"}]}, "item_resource_type": {"attribute_name": "資源タイプ", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"resourcetype": "journal article", "resourceuri": "http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]}, "item_title": "Utilization of Parabolic Flight for the Investigation of Neuromuscular Responses to Altered Gravity Levels in Rats", "item_titles": {"attribute_name": "タイトル", "attribute_value_mlt": [{"subitem_title": "Utilization of Parabolic Flight for the Investigation of Neuromuscular Responses to Altered Gravity Levels in Rats", "subitem_title_language": "en"}]}, "item_type_id": "7", "owner": "1", "path": ["1888"], "permalink_uri": "https://jaxa.repo.nii.ac.jp/records/21597", "pubdate": {"attribute_name": "公開日", "attribute_value": "2015-03-26"}, "publish_date": "2015-03-26", "publish_status": "0", "recid": "21597", "relation": {}, "relation_version_is_last": true, "title": ["Utilization of Parabolic Flight for the Investigation of Neuromuscular Responses to Altered Gravity Levels in Rats"], "weko_shared_id": -1}
