It is devised and proposed here two recognition systems of handwritten numerals ; these utilities are testified through computer simulation using 50×50 mosaic off-line data, obtained from handwritten numerals. The first system is , principally based on the feature extraction of horizontal cross-section, the second on the topological information obtained through the curve-following processing. The optimization of processing parameters is sought by domputer for these two systems. |
